Privacy Policy

This policy applies to DayBatch, StudyFold, ReceiptStack, PantryLoop, HomePulse Tracker, RenewDock, TripTuck, JobTrail Tracker, ContentCue Planner, PlantCue, VoiceBrief, and DayBinder version 1.0.

Data Collection

Version 1.0 stores user-created app data on the user's device. The apps do not require account creation and do not operate a custom backend.

The apps may process user-entered information such as tasks, routines, study cards, receipts, invoices, pantry items, grocery items, meal plans, home maintenance items, warranties, renewals, trips, job opportunities, content ideas, plant care records, notes, calendar blocks, reminders, handwritten pages, audio recordings, transcripts, meeting summaries, and extracted action items. This information is used only to provide app functionality.

VoiceBrief requests microphone and speech recognition permission when a user records or transcribes audio. Speech recognition is performed through Apple platform speech APIs after the user grants permission. VoiceBrief does not include a custom transcription backend in version 1.0.

DayBinder requests Calendar, Reminders, microphone, and speech recognition permissions only when a user starts a related workflow. DayBinder can sync user-created binder data through the user's private iCloud account using Apple services. DayBinder does not include a custom sync backend in version 1.0.

Subscriptions

The apps use Apple's StoreKit for subscriptions and purchase restoration. Apple processes payments and may provide subscription status to the app so Pro features can be unlocked.

Analytics

No third-party analytics SDK is included in version 1.0.

Data Sharing

Version 1.0 does not sell user data and does not share user-created content with third parties.

User Controls

Users can delete records inside the app. Deleting the app removes locally stored app data from the device unless the user uses Apple-managed backup or sync features such as iCloud.
